About Me

Jessica Hughley, LCSW

Welcome to Grace Within Therapy! I'm Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), dedicated to supporting you on your journey to healing. My mission is to provide a compassionate space where you can explore your emotions and find the strength to navigate life's challenges.

My Journey

Before becoming a therapist, I served 7 years in the United States Army as a Food Service Specialist. After deploying to Iraq, in 2009, I medically retired as a sergeant. The experience of serving in the army has given me a deep understanding of the challenges military families face. After transitioning from the Army, I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Troy University. 

Philosophy of Healing

Healing is a journey of transformation. My goal is to empower you to uncover your inner strength and resilience, just like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon. Whether you're healing from trauma or navigating life changes, I'm here to walk alongside you.
